  1. For many years I suffered from intense back pain which sometimes could not move. I practiced judo for more than 15 years of my life and at the end, back pain took me to all kinds of physical activity. A year ago my pains have disappeared thanks to this all-natural treatment I found on internet which anyone can do at home. At least this treatment cured me completely. Hopefully it will be helpful for you as it happened with me. www.backpain-relief-4-life.com

  2. Second thing...a "weak back" is an indication of a bigger problem.
I understand that there are about a million and 1 ways of hurting your back. But most back pain sufferers aren’t falling down a flight of stairs every day or rolling out of bed each morning and landing on their butt.
Most of the time people hurt their back doing something simple like bending over to tie their shoes, or trying to get out of the recliner...or God forbid...they injure themselves sleeping!
Things like that are NOT traumatic events and they shouldn’t ever cause your back to “go out.” They are really just an indication of a bigger underlying problem

  7. Great information! I can definitely see how having a baby or just being pregnant can affect our pain, especially back or neck pain. I'm so sorry it seems to have developed into a chronic condition for you. I've heard a lot of people asking what is lumbar myelopathy lately and have had some trouble finding good, definitive answers. Have you ever written about myelopathy? It seems like this condition is making it's way through the medical community and with aching patients lately. If you have any details about lumbar myelopathy symptoms I would be thrilled to see it posted! That would be incredibly helpful.
